I read every message that comes through, and I’ll do my best to respond personally. Here’s what I’m happy to help with:

• Topic suggestions. Got a cat care question you can’t find answered anywhere? Let me know. Reader questions often shape what I write next.
• Product review requests. Wondering whether a specific cat product is worth it? Tell me which one. If I haven’t reviewed it yet, I might.
• Corrections or feedback. Spotted a typo or something that seems off in an article? Please flag it. I appreciate the help.
• General hello. Want to share a photo of your cat? Tell me about your senior tabby? Mention how a guide helped you out? I genuinely love these messages.

H2: What I Can’t Help With

A few things I’m not the right person to ask:

Medical advice for your cat. I’m not a vet, and giving health advice over email would be irresponsible. If your cat is sick, hurt, or acting concerning, please contact your veterinarian — or, in an emergency, an emergency animal hospital. For poison-related concerns, call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.

Diagnosing behavior issues remotely. Some behavior challenges (especially serious aggression or anxiety) benefit from a certified feline behaviorist or your vet. I can point you to general resources, but I can’t troubleshoot your specific cat’s behavior from a distance.

Personal cat training services. CatNap Academy is an educational blog, not a consulting service.
